1. Services Auto Lockout Guy provides mobile locksmith services for automotive customers including lockouts, key replacements, smart key programming, and ignition repair. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location.

2. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text, or our contact form. We require notice of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other secure forms of payment as stated on the invoice.

4. Service Area Our core service area includes Redford, Michigan, and surrounding regions. Services requested outside our primary radius may incur a travel fee.

5. Warranty We stand by the quality of our work. New keys and fobs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Lost, damaged, or mishandled keys are not covered.

6. Liability Auto Lockout Guy is not liable for damage to a vehicle resulting from pre-existing conditions or modifications. Our technicians are trained to perform services without causing damage, but we are not responsible for issues outside our control.
